IEP/504 Toolkit Downloads
1. Pre-Meeting Preparation Checklist Help parents get organized and confident before an IEP or 504 meeting.
Includes:
☐ Review latest IEP/504 Plan
☐ Gather evaluation reports or outside diagnoses
☐ Draft parent input statement (strengths, concerns, goals)
☐ Prepare a list of questions or requests
☐ Print/email any supporting documents
☐ Know who will attend the meeting
☐ Confirm date/time and request copy of draft plan (if possible)
☐ Understand key rights (FAPE, LRE, PWN, etc.)
